Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with OpticalGS. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if a significant delay occurs.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 📦 United States: 3–7 business days
  • 🌍 International (Europe, MENA, etc.): 7–14 business days
  • 📍 Morocco (local orders): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability and destination.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
  • This email will include a tracking number to monitor your package.
  • Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

OpticalGS is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or additional fees that may apply to international shipments. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact our support team at support@opticalgs.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that shipping times are beyond our direct control.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. OpticalGS is not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
