We want you to love your purchase from OpticalGS. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our policy below for details on how to request a return or refund.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

• Prescription lenses (unless faulty)
• Gift cards
• Customized products

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us at support@opticalgs.com within 3 days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our side.
