Refund & Return Policy

At OpticalGS, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our refund and return process is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the details below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (including cases, cleaning cloths, and any accessories).
  • A proof of purchase is required (order number, invoice, or receipt).
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or customization reasons:

  • Prescription or custom-made lenses (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or final-sale items (where explicitly stated at checkout).

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or provide a suitable replacement.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting support@opticalgs.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or OpticalGS made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

6. International Orders

  • International returns may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
